6:30pm – 8:30pm Tuesdays (alongside the school term)

Cost:
$240 per term or $132 for a 5 class pass (can be used for any five classes within a term).
Pre-requisites:
Open to ages 18 and over, no prior skill or athletic ability required.

Ever wanted a fitness program where you completely forget that your body is working out because you are having too much fun? Adult circus classes are a great way to improve your fitness, expand your social networks and wear yourself out for a good night’s sleep! Adult Classes are suitable for all skill levels and athletic abilities. Our adult class members can’t believe how much they improve from week to week, and how quickly their bodies adapt to things they never thought possible. At times adults are the ones who express the least amount of confidence in their own ability to master skills like juggling, acrobatics or climbing to the top of an aerial tissue. Coming to circus classes is something to look forward to after a long day at work. Participants leave circus classes each week with more energy than they begin with and loads of enthusiasm for the next week of classes.
