Friday 11:15am – 12:45pm (during ACT School Terms)

Warehouse Circus Training Space, Chifley Health and Wellbeing Hub, 4/70 MacLaurin Crescent, Chifley ACT 2606.
Cost:
$200 per 10 week term or $22 per class for casual enrolment
Pre-requisites:
Open to those who are young at heart! We accept ages 50 and over, no prior skill or athletic ability required.
Description:
Circus Gold is the time to get out and have some fun. With no prior experience necessary and trainers who are ready to cater to all needs it is a safe, supportive and non judgemental environment! Circus has been proven by many sources to be beneficial for all ages and body types – not only is it great for your physical health but circus helps with coordination, balance and cognitive function!
Through progressive and structured learning we will go through a range of activities including juggling, diabolo, plate spinning, stilt walking, acrobatics, trampoline, unicycle, aerials and much much more. You can try a bit of everything and focus on your favourites!
