Description:
‘Beetroots’ provides a casual introduction to circus training for high school age participants. ‘Beetroots’ work each week on a range of circus skills including tumbling, mini trampoline, stilt walking, unicycling, Rolla bola, hula hooping, juggling, diabolo, staff and plate spinning, poi twirling and basic aerial trapeze and tissue. Our expert trainers provide a safe and inclusive environment in which participants can express themselves. Although many in this class develop to a considerably high skill level, ‘Beetroots’ is comprised mostly of beginner and intermediate level students who are attracted, in particular, to the social side of circus training. In other words, this class trains for the sheer enjoyment of circus! Like all Warehouse Circus Core Classes, ‘Beetroots’ provides a great way for young people to keep active, form solid friendships, challenge themselves and gain confidence through achieving things that they may have thought impossible!
