Please do not send payment until you have signed and returned the booking agreement that will be issued by the Programs Coordinator. A Tax Invoice will be issued to you once the booking has been confirmed. The booking is said to be made when: - a booking agreement has been signed and returned to Warehouse Circus - you have received a confirmation email from us and - a deposit of 50% of the total quoted fee has been paid (at least 2 weeks before program commencement date). Balance to be paid before the half-way point of the program (Warehouse Circus accepts payment by cash, cheque or direct deposit) • Cancellation within 2 weeks of the program commencement or within the first half of the program will result in loss of deposit. • Cancellation by the school or community group of individual classes within the program will not be refunded. There is no obligation for Warehouse Circus to reschedule classes although, if given 24 hours notice of the cancellation Warehouse Circus may be able to provide a make-up class within the same term (at the same time in a different week if possible). • In the instance of cancellation by Warehouse Circus of individual classes within the program, Warehouse Circus will first seek to schedule a make-up class. If this is not possible, the cost of the cancelled class will be refunded. • Warehouse Circus reserves the right to cancel a workshop on the day if any of the agreed terms and conditions have not been met or if the space provided is not as discussed and is inappropriate for the safe delivery of our program.
